Ingredients:

Dough:

200g bread flour

10g green tea powder

20g sugar

1 egg

3g yeast

128g milk

1g salt

20g butter

 

Filling:

50g desiccated coconut

20g butter

15g milk powder

15g sugar

1 egg

35g dried cranberries

 

Steps:

Dough

  1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the stand mixer bowl and beat until all ingredients come together. Add in butter, beat until well combined, and can form a dough ball. Take it out and knead into a ball. Set aside to let it rise until doubled in size.
  2. When it is double in size, knead and roll the dough flat. Put on filling and roll up into a long roll. Slice it and shape it to look like a wreath. Let the dough rest and rise until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat the oven to 338(170) and bake for 30 minutes.

 

Filling:

  1. In a clean bowl, put together softened butter, desiccated coconut, milk powder, sugar, egg, and dried cranberries. Mix them all together.
