Air-Fryer Potato Fries


Potato Fries:

Potatoes 1,000g

Sweet potatoes 500g

Olive oil


Black pepper



Wash the potatoes and chop them into sticks. In a bowl with iced water (or room-temperature water), add in some salt, let the potatoes soak in the water for about 30 minutes. In a pot, add in water and some salt; boil the potatoes for 2 to 3 minutes. Air dry them after, you can use a hair dryer to help. Coat the potatoes strips with olive oil, black pepper, and some salt. Send into the air-fryer, 180(356) for 10 minutes or so until golden, then flip sides and  180℃(356℉) for another 10 minutes.
