90g softened unsalted butter
45g confectioners’ sugar
25g egg (room-temp)
120g cake flour (low-protein flour)
3g cocoa powder
3g matcha powder
- Softened the butter. Add in sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Add in eggs, and beat until well combined. Add in cake flour, and mix well.
- Divide into 3 portions. Add cocoa powder into one portion, and matcha powder into another portion. Mix well and transfer into separate piping bags.
- Preheat the oven to 320℉(160℃). Line the baking tray with parchment paper or baking mat. Pipe out the cookies dough. Let bake for 25 minutes. Cool and serve.
