Ingredients:

Filling

40g dark chocolate chips

250g heavy cream

20g granulated sugar more or less

 

Garnish

Cocoa powder

Chocolate crispearls

Blueberries

Chocolate Wafer Sticks

 

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, add some hot heavy cream into the chocolate chips, mix and melt the chocolate. Keep them in the fridge to cool down.
  2. Take the bowl out of the fridge, add in heavy cream and sugar, and use a hand mixer to beat until it thickened. Put the whipped cream into the piping bag with a piping tip and start to decorate the cake.
