Ingredients:
350g bread flour
200g milk
40g granulated sugar
3g salt
10g yeast
1 egg
30g butter
Steps:
- Whisk all the ingredients except butter in the stand mixer until all the ingredients come together and form a dough ball. Add in butter; continue mixing the butter into the dough.
- Knead the dough by hand until it has a smooth surface.
- Set the dough in a clean bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and set in a warm place until the dough double in size.
- Knead and divide the dough into pieces (about 20 pieces), roll them into balls, place on the baking tray, and let them rise until double in size.
- Egg wash them, preheat the oven to 338℉(170℃), bake for 25 minutes. Cover the surface with tinfoil when it still has 15 minutes left to bake.
- Brush with melted butter and serve.
