Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

100g chocolate

30g butter

100g chopped chocolate

1 egg (about 59g)

50g cake flour

60g powdered sugar

5g cocoa powder

1.5g baking soda

1g salt

 

Steps:

  1. In a clean bowl, mix powdered sugar and egg until smooth. Add in melted chocolate and butter, mix until smooth. Add in cake flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda and salt, mix until smooth. Add in chopped chocolate, mix until just combined.
  2. Line the baking tray, scoop cookies on the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 329(165) and bake for 18 minutes.
