Lemon Pound Cake


Unsalted butter 80g

Granulated sugar 10g 

Powdered sugar 80g

Cake flour 100g

Eggs 2

Lemons 2

Baking powder 2g

Salt 2g



Mix the lemon zest with some granulated sugar, set aside. In another bowl, mix powdered sugar and softened butter, use a hand mixer, beat until the sugar dissolve and well combined. Add in the eggs, some at a time, beat until well combined. Add in fresh lemon juice (2 lemons), lemon zest, cake flour, baking powder, and salt, beat until well combined. Scoop the batter into the loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 356(180), bake for 45 minutes.




Powdered sugar 100g

Lemon juice (1 lemon) about 20g 

Lemon zest



Mix the powdered sugar with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest until the sugar dissolve. If you would like it to be thicker, add more sugar.
