200g bread flour
10g green tea powder
50g desiccated coconut
15g milk powder
35g dried cranberries
- Put all the ingredients except butter into the stand mixer bowl and beat until all ingredients come together. Add in butter, beat until well combined, and can form a dough ball. Take it out and knead into a ball. Set aside to let it rise until doubled in size.
- When it is double in size, knead and roll the dough flat. Put on filling and roll up into a long roll. Slice it and shape it to look like a wreath. Let the dough rest and rise until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 338℉(170℃) and bake for 30 minutes.
- In a clean bowl, put together softened butter, desiccated coconut, milk powder, sugar, egg, and dried cranberries. Mix them all together.
