Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 338℉(170℃).

  2. Put all the ingredients except butter into the stand mixer bowl, beat until the dough comes together. Add in the butter, beat until well combined and forms a dough ball.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Dust the dough and rolling pin with some flour. Roll the dough into a rectangle, about 2.5 mm thick. Fold the dough into thirds, roll into a 0.8 cm thick rectangle. Fold in half, roll into a 1.2 cm thick rectangle. Trim the sides. Divide them into small rectangles, about 24 pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size.
  5. Send into the oven to bake for 15 minutes. Cool down and serve.
