Description

Orange Loaf Cake is a delightful and fragrant dessert that captures the bright and refreshing flavor of fresh oranges. This cake is perfect for any occasion, offering a moist and flavorful treat that is both elegant and satisfying.

The cake batter is made from a mixture of flour, sugar, eggs, butter, and fresh orange juice and zest. The fresh orange juice and zest infuse the cake with a vibrant citrus flavor, while the butter and eggs create a rich and moist texture. The batter is poured into a loaf pan and baked until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked and cooled, the cake can be frosted with a variety of toppings, such as orange glaze, cream cheese frosting, or a simple dusting of powdered sugar. For added elegance, the cake can be garnished with fresh orange slices, edible flowers, or a drizzle of honey.

Orange Loaf Cake is perfect for birthdays, tea parties, or any celebration where you want to offer a light and refreshing dessert. Its vibrant flavor and moist texture make it a favorite among cake lovers.

Note

By cake flour, I mean low protein flour, which normally contains 7-9% protein (Mine is around 8%). Not self-rising flour.
