Description

Rose Bagels are a unique and elegant twist on the classic bagel, infused with the delicate and aromatic flavor of rose. These bagels are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a special occasion, offering a delightful and sophisticated treat that pairs well with a variety of spreads.

The dough for rose bagels is made from a mixture of flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt, and a hint of rose water, kneaded until smooth and elastic. The dough is allowed to rise until doubled in size, then shaped into bagels.

Before baking, the bagels are briefly boiled to create their characteristic chewy crust. They are then baked until golden brown and crisp on the outside, with a soft and fragrant interior.

Rose Bagels can be enjoyed plain or with a variety of spreads such as cream cheese, butter, or fruit preserves. They can also be served as a dessert with a drizzle of honey or a dusting of powdered sugar for added elegance.

These bagels are perfect for any occasion, offering a unique and aromatic twist on a classic favorite. They are sure to be a hit with anyone who loves the delicate and floral taste of rose.
