  • 150 g Bread flour
  • 80 g Milk
  • 30 g Egg
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 3 g Mango powder
  • 1.5 g Yeast
  • 1 g Salt
  • 12 g Butter
  • Streusel
  • 44 g Cake flour
  • 22 g Butter
  • 12 g Sugar
  • Cream
  • 150 g Heavy cream
  • 20 g Sugar
  • Fruits
  • Mango (optional)
  • Strawberry (optional)
  1. Put all the ingredients except butter in a stand mixer bowl, beat until well combined.

  2. Add in butter; beat until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

  3. Take the dough out and press it to let extra air out, cut into six pieces, knead and roll each piece into a ball. Brush some water each ball, dip into the streusel, and cover the top with streusel.

  4. Send in the oven with two cups of hot water, set the heat to 30℃(86℉), and let the dough rise until doubled in size. Take the dough and two cups of water out, preheat the oven to 165℃(329℉), bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Let them cool on a cooling rack, cut it open and fill it with whipped cream, mango cubes, dust with icing sugar, and melted white chocolate.
