Ingredients:
200g bittersweet chocolate chips/milk chocolate chips
120g unsalted butter
3 eggs
50g cake flour
110g granulated sugar
100g chopped walnuts
5g vanilla extract
Steps:
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter, mix in vanilla extract, mix well and set aside.
- In a clean bowl, put in 3 eggs and sugar, whisk until well combined. Gradually add into the chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Sift in the flour, gently fold in the flour until well combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 356℉(180℃). Grease the cake pan and pour in the batter, smooth it out. Send into the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes. The cake pan I used is a bit narrow so my brownie comes out thick. If you are going to use a wide cake pan, you should probably shorten the baking time. Keep a close eye on them and use a toothpick to check if the brownies are done.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
