200g bittersweet chocolate chips/milk chocolate chips

120g unsalted butter

3 eggs

50g cake flour

110g granulated sugar

100g chopped walnuts

5g vanilla extract

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and butter, mix in vanilla extract, mix well and set aside.
  2. In a clean bowl, put in 3 eggs and sugar, whisk until well combined. Gradually add into the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  3. Sift in the flour, gently fold in the flour until well combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts until well combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 356(180). Grease the cake pan and pour in the batter, smooth it out. Send into the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes. The cake pan I used is a bit narrow so my brownie comes out thick. If you are going to use a wide cake pan, you should probably shorten the baking time. Keep a close eye on them and use a toothpick to check if the brownies are done.
  5. Let cool completely before slicing.
